My ship came in.

It shows that warp 10 is infinate speed and is therefore impossible to reach.  At warp 10, a ship would occupy all points in space at once.

hm_murdock:
incorrect. that is impossible. w/f 10 is simply the next barrier.

if I controlled Trek, then it would be broken, and people would say "good, it was done" and nobody would give a shit about any damn "infinite velocity"

infinite velocity is bunk science.

Orethrius:
Jimmy, if you want to be picky, this entire field is bunk science.  Sci-fi.  Made up, on the spot.

With that out of the way, Tom Paris has already exceeded Warp 10 (as well as the Borg on numerous occasions) - commonly referred to as the "Transwarp barrier."  He found that a wholly humanoid body begins to take on lizard-like characteristics in order to cope with the physical strains presented by this new speed.

Sorry... I'm allergic to bullshit.

update:

I got NX-01's warp engine on. I finally just melted that block off with FIRE and then built up a new one using putty. I used a helluva lot of glue, but it's on. it's ugly, but it's on.

I feel that Art Asylum owes me a refund or replacement for these ships. for the money they charge for these little tiny things, that's unacceptable.

Add to that the fact that they have like nine sounds, but only one button to control all the sounds.

Playmates' stuff rocked. I've got the TOS Enterprise and it's awesome.

I love my Playmates Star Trek collection.

BTW, I play with my toys because it's fun.
