New Freedom tower in New York City
Xeen:
There's nothing wrong with studying the paranormal. I strongly believe that those things exist too, although not like in movies or anything like that. Too many physically unexplicable things have and do occur in this world, nd too many people have had such experiences. Just because it hasn't been scientifically proven yet, does not mean it doesn't exist. I like to keep my mind open because at one point in history people thought the Earth was flat, people didn't believe there was gravity and threatened to kill scientists, etc... Everything should be considered to be possible until it is proved that it isn't.

I say the build identical buildings right back where they were.
nothing would be a bigger insult to bin Laden.

Actually, that's what I was thinking. That, and it would show we won't cave in. (Unless you think we should)

[QB]Plus what makes me even more disgusted is that the new tower will be owned by and its construction will be managed by the same guy who owned the old WTC. That's like having someone kill your pet and then the same person goes out and buys you a new one.

But he owns prime land in the busiest city in the US. Goodness knows how much cash he's losing out on for each day there's nothing in that lot. :D
I was all for building the two WTC towers again.
Refalm:
Looks unstabler than the WTC. They should rebuild the exact WTC, but this time, without the identical segments that caused the to collapse. Sure it will take longer to build without the segments, but it's going to be more solid.
