The germans feared our wrath in the 30 year war 1618-1648. In Prag they hated us when we sacked the city and looted like madmen. In Poland we kept hunting the their king for six years before he was caught and killed. This was in the early 18th century and half the population of Poland either died or emigrated because of us. Yea, we are kind of barbaric.
