it will have to be 7. 7 fits equally into 273. 39 X 7 day weeks. Plus an extra 3 holidays every 4 years.

why should it be 7? 7 does not go equally into 365 either, and that's what we use already...

it doesnt?... we can have shorter weeks then.
I think that not disrupting the week is a good idea though. We are changing enough by making the day 32 hours long.

in conlusion:
273 days a year (8760 hours)
32 hour days
every 4 years there shall be 3 extra holidays
7 day week (for now)
