Bah. Panther already has most of the features Longhorn is going to have two years later, minus the spyware, the bloatware, the horrid interface and Big Brother initiatives.

that's the thing... they're pushing it back farther and farther until something better is BOUND to come along.

IBM I've heard has been talking to Apple about licensing Mac OS X to run on Power4 and Power5-based hardware.
