Actually it looks like he will have been talking about Free Software, not Open Source, but they've misleadingly edited his quotes to make it look like he was talking about OSS. Which is a bit naughty.

You don't expect Microsoft to wait around for the executioner's ax to fall, do you ?
I am sure they have an exit strategy already planned.
