be anychance is there any version of beos that will run well on a powerbook 1400.
x86: a hack on a hack of a hackway
alpha, hewlett packed it A-way
ppc: the fruity way
mips: the graphical way
sparc: the sunny way
4:20.....forget the DMCA for a while!!!

I don't know, but if there isnt one now, there never will be because Be have stopped developing BeOS to concentrate on their embedded stuff.
Contains scenes of mild peril.

Y' might wanna check out OpenBeOS; they're porting the BeOS to open source- pretty interesting.  There is a free evaluation download of BeOS 5.0 floating around, but I don't know if it will run on a laptop.

espiacly that laptop. computers that can't run NetBSD bother me somehow/*im still pissed that i payed $50 for the screen cuase i got it for free*/
