yes this preview of windows .net is just the sort of thing i expect from a company like Microsoft.

x11, do you still follow the policy that the most secure OS is one that doesn't actually allow you to run any programs?

Its a joke so im not going to implement an execution enviroment, i could just pass programms to a SHELL command so they run on DOS.

But hell im lazy

Well anyways it is done goto the project page and download V2 of the MS .NET system. It has mouse support, and other things!

Have fun:

Heh heh, that's one of the funniest things I have ever seen!  I didn't actually run it yet but I looked over the source code and read the docs. I really love the name of the original version (Windows .NET Classic). Good job! This most certainly will get you a job with Microsoft coding .NET. :)

Just make sure you use the word "too" sparingly in your resume. :)

Another fine example of the way the only creativity M$ inspires is that of anit-M$ sentiment. Very good. I had the same feeling watching the credits that I get with Windows.......for gods sake get a move on and do the bloody job.

HA HA very good mate.

Im pretty sure FreeDOS will run it, too take advantage of the Mouse Support make sure you have a mouse driver in FreeDOS. However in V2 some of the features are Windows only. (Sorry about that)

Have fun.
