It may be a good OS (I don't know yet), but seeing as the Xbox has such high specs, and it'll be designed mainly for that, I can't see the Xbox OS going too far.

Ya never know, they did mention about integrated stuff, but wha ever thos OS is must be very effeicent and fast and stable and user friendly

i think the new xbox os is based off of the old xbox os. unless they "stole" some more code from the *bsds....wouldn't; it be sick if the xbox os was based off of darwin?(i forget the license for darwin) i don't think i would sleep well

the origional xbox was windows 2000, just modded a bit. i can still crash it tho cause of its crappyness with use devices.
