Orethrius:
Let me know when you need somebody to "kick the tires" as I'd be willing to subjugate a couple systems to the type of torture requisite in knocking out most of the bugs.  ;)

skyman8081:
This still exists!?

:-O

Wow...  I was wondering what happened to you guys.

solo:
I feel inspired that at least MES actually remembers us :)

Orethrius: Thanks, when I release ISO for it there will be a lot of stuff to fix.

What happened to us: I just left MES. For awhile I posted at Erudition (now defunct) then for about a day and a half I posted at Jimmy's forums but it was already turning into a star trek thing. Then I didn't post anywhere for awhile and I lost my internet connection. Now I have it back and better than ever and I'm back at MES :)

PS: The komodolinux.org domain died for awhile but is back now, so during any of the time that it was up, you could've clicked the Komodo link on MES's alternative OS list

worker201:
I was checking out the screenshots, and you seem to have some things going.  I gotta admit, I think some of those dock icons are kinda limp.  That one for the gimp, for example, is way childish looking.  Of course icons can be customized and all that.  But I think a little more serious look might reflect better on your project.  First impressions are important, after all.

solo:
Those icons were scrounged up, quite literally. The icons are in full SVG (it wont use PNGs etc right now) and it was hard to find SVG icons for the apps. You'll notice some of the icons have little scribbles in the corner where the SVG artists put their signature.
