Yeah, but they arn't hooped up on Amphetamines (go-pills) and Stillnox (no go pills) so they don't experience psychosis and kill a bunch of friendlies. Your countrys military in full operation would just kill itself off before it got 25% of what other nations have.

Both those medications can cause hallucinations, and mixed only hours (even 24 hours) apart they can cause serious cases of psychosis. I am living proof of this.

Not to mention those big barsted Aircraft Carriers need OIL. You would have to cut off people with cars to pull off an operation that big, hence nobody will like it and such a war would end quickly.
