 OOh Seems a lot worse than here - here they at least try to keep it covered so an average peep will tell our country's OK.

I thought the Czech highways where funny. I saw cops driving on it.

There was a Mercedes speeding over 140 km/h. The cops did nothing at all.
I guess they are affraid to get fired because they ticketed the mayor's friend or something.

Yeah... but then again, the limit is 130, and ten over is tolerated. We usually drive at 140.
